Why Adventist Community Services Disaster Relief?

Adventist Disaster Response (ACS-DR), is a trained volunteer network that responds to the needs of people affected by disasters. ACS-DR offers classes in household preparedness and to certify volunteers for response.

When disaster strikes: floods, tornados, hurricanes fires, we have a team that works to alleviate those physical concerns by distribution of items, such as food, clothing, and household items donated by the public and various businesses. To meet the disaster-related needs of disaster responders and disaster-affected families and individuals, we also provide Emotional, and Spiritual needs through Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM).

Volunteer to become part of the team that responds to disasters by becoming a donation warehouse volunteer, disaster trailer driver, or an emotional care provider after a disaster.
